Implement admin endpoints for reserving and finalizing swaps on behalf of users. Admins can now specify custom rates or destination amounts when initiating transfers. Includes new AdminTransferReserveRequest DTO, AdminSwapController with reserve/finalize endpoints, and refactored TransferService logic with separate admin and user paths. Adds IMPERSONATED_PURCHASE_FINALIZED and IMPERSONATED_SWAP transaction categories to track admin-initiated transfers.
Add IMPERSONATED_PURCHASE_FINALIZED to TransferCategory and IMPERSONATED_SWAP to UserTransactionCategory enum to support tracking impersonated user transactions.
